These guidelines, to be referred to as “the Internet Service Providers’ Minimum Security Guidelines”, have been made in accordance with Regulation 6 (c) of the Electronic and Postal Communications (Computer Emergency Response Team) Regulations 2018 to define a list of operational security requirements for the infrastructure of Internet Service Provider (ISP) networks in their provision of services to users.
