C-Sema in 14th June 2013 launched a free telephone service available across all networks in United Republic of Tanzania that uses a short code 116. The service namely Child Helpline is for children in need of care and protection to voice their concerns to policy and decision-makers.
C-Sema has released a July-September 2016 report detailing findings in use of the helpline. Parents and guardians are advised to read the report to get the understanding of existing situation regarding children welfare; click here to access the report.
